SERENDIP

It is unlikely that any other property in the Turks and Caicos Islands has had so many changing chapters of ownership, modifications and media publicity.

At the end of 2003 the structural shell of this building was purchased by a British business man.  At this time, James Hamilton Architects were  instructed to assist in the design for ‘stage one’ of the construction work.  In 2006, phase one of the works were complete and the family moved into the house until it was sold in 2011

In 2012 James Hamilton Architects were appointed once again, this time by the project managers for a major US Artist, to help carry out a complete refurbishment and extension of the Estate.
