This 3-bedroom guest house set in the hills of the Tennessee countryside is designed to resemble a treehouse, with its cantilevered design over the side of a hill making it look as if its floating among the trees.
Large panoramic windows accommodate views between the canopy and valley below from every room. The wood cladding and use of vertical lines in the design of the facade, are intended to reflect the organic and natural look of the surrounding forest.
The approach to the main entrance of the house takes the occupant across a bridge suspended between the trees, which continues through the building to an open balcony on the other side of the house.
