Cooper Jack Villas

These six villas are set upon a hill overlooking Cooper Jack Bay on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Each villa is arranged to maximise views of the bay without obstruction from the neighbouring villas.

The three lower villas consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with the three upper villas having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In order to prevent internal heat gain in this warm climate, large overhangs are designed to cover large openings, acting as shape defining architectural elements. Small openings with louvres on the SW facing facade also minimise internal heat gains whilst allowing for cross-ventilation throughout the building.
