The Veranda Resort, which is now referred to as ‘Key West Village’, is owned and operated by the Beaches Resorts Ltd. It is a fully inclusive resort located on Grace Bay in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The Veranda consists of 168 bedrooms and is considered to be a modern beach front resort, consisting of beach front villas and condo facilities.
James Hamilton Architects were commissioned by the owner to work on site during the construction and development phase of the project.
