After three months of design development, our architects are pleased to submit a new waterfront villa for planning approval.Inspired by the candyfloss skies often seen over Chalk Sound, Turks and Caicos – Villa Brisas echoes the pink hues of both the sunset and the conch shell.Like the conch shell, the outside of the building is creamy white, while the reveal is a subtle pink.With a north-facing ocean view, we had the opportunity of using a double-height glazed façade, thereby mitigating any solar gain.
We are seeing an increase in demand for smaller private villas. Working closely with the client Villa Brisas has all the amenities of a larger villa but with a smaller footprint and budget.
